Planning Board Public Hearing

The Farmington Planning Board will meet on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at 6:00PM in the Municipal Offices Building, 356 Main Street to hold a:Public Hearing for Consideration and Possible Vote on Amended Minor Site Plan Review for Adam Giles, Tax Map R-32, Lot 22-8-1. The applicant is proposing to amend the existing site plan for MBG Enterprises, which was originally approved on November 27, 2018, to revise several construction details on the site, including but not limited to the relocation of the fence, removal of a stop sign, increase the size of a future commercial building, and expansion of the parking area. The proposed project is located at 46 Sarah Greenfield Way and is within the Industrial Business (IB) Zoning District. A waiver is being requested to allow for non-engineered plans.
