DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS
The Town of Farmington (pop 6400) is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Director of Public Works (DPW). Farmington is the gateway to the Lakes Region and just a short drive to the White Mountains and the Seacoast. The DPW is responsible for all Highway Operations, Transfer Station/Recycling Center, Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance and other Public Works projects. The successful candidate will have experience in the maintenance of roads, knowledge of vehicle/fleet maintenance, recycling/transfer station operations, building and ground maintenance, project management, budgeting, personnel management, and positive interaction with co-workers and the public. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, and 5 or more years of practical experience desired. An equivalent combination of education and experience

TOWN ADMINISTRATOR, FARMINGTON, NH
The Town of Farmington, NH (pop 6400) is accepting applications for the position of Town Administrator. Farmington is the gateway to the beautiful Lakes Region, with quick access to the White Mountains and Seacoast. The town is seeking a dynamic, articulate, and experienced administrator to manage daily municipal operations with 40+ employees and a $5M annual budget. The ideal candidate will hold a BS in Public Administration or Management and have a minimum of 5 years municipal experience with specific skills in budget/finance preparation, personnel administration, and project management. The town administrator is the liaison between the Board of Selectmen and department heads, state agencies and town boards and commissions. The successful candidate must
have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be self-motivated and possess the ability to manage multiple projects. The town administrator is appointed by and reports to a five member Board of Selectmen. Salary range is up to $70,000 annually based on experience with an excellent benefits package.
