Review and discuss: Excavation application for the proposed removal of approximately 10,000 yards of sand and gravel; By: Floyd Tanner (Tax Map R19, Lot #15); presented by Jake Tetreault of JTI Site Development, Inc.; Property located at 39 Main Street; in the (CC) Commercial Center Zoning District. This application previously presented to the Planning Board at Public Hearings on July 11 and August 1, 2006; the Planning Board found the application to be incomplete and listed 3 items of failure to provide (copy attached).
