TOWN OF FARMINGTON
REQUEST FOR BID
The Town of Farmington, NH invites qualified contractor’s to submit bids for the Town’s Cleaning of Catch Basin Services. The program is to include the cleaning of catch basins and the flushing/jetting of culverts and drainage lines. The Town is requesting bids by the hour for up to 40 hours. The contractor must be able to vacuum-clean catch basins and flush/jet culverts and drainage lines where needed. The Town wishes to perform these services both in the spring and the fall seasons. Work would be performed in late April and early May and again in late September or early October.

Bids may be faxed, delivered or mailed to 356 Main Street, Farmington, NH 03835. All bid proposals must be submitted in an envelope, clearly marked “CLEANING OF CATCH BASINS” by 3:00 P.M., EST, April 14, 2010 to be eligible for consideration.
The Town of Farmington reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, either in whole or in part; to waive any defects, informalities, and/or minor irregularities in bid responses; to accept substitutions or exceptions to the bid specifications; and otherwise to act as shall solely be determined by the Town to be in it’s best interest.
